5. Privacy Policy

Any customer information collected through this website for ordering or inquiries will not be sold or shared with third parties outside McGuire Air Compressors, Inc. and its subsidiaries.

6. Shipping and Delivery

McGuire Air Compressors, Inc. ships merchandise to locations within the lower 48 United States.

  • Freight shipping is included with Air Compressor orders. Freight shipping will be calculated after checkout and confirmed prior to shipment.

  • Shipping will be calculated at checkout for all Air Dryers, Pumps, and Parts orders.

7. Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected for merchandise shipped to North Carolina addresses.
All other states are handled according to each state’s nexus and tax collection rules.

8. Warranties

Champion® Air Compressor Warranty
This warranty is provided by Champion® Air Compressors, a Division of Gardner Denver, Inc.

IndustrialAirCompressors.biz (a division of McGuire Air Compressors, Inc.) is an Authorized Distributor but not the manufacturer.
Therefore, warranty coverage is provided solely by Champion®.

General Provisions and Limitations
Champion (the “Company”) warrants to each original retail purchaser (“Purchaser”) of its new products from the Company or its authorized distributor that such products are, at the time of delivery, made with good material and workmanship.

No warranty is made with respect to:

  1. Any product repaired or altered in a way that adversely affects performance, in the Company’s judgment.

  2. Any product subject to negligence, accident, improper storage, installation, or application.

  3. Any product not operated or maintained according to the Company’s recommendations.

  4. Components or accessories manufactured, warranted, and serviced by others.

  5. Any reconditioned or previously owned product.

Note: Claims for items described in #4 above should be submitted directly to the original manufacturer.

9. Ordering Errors

Incorrect customer orders do not constitute warranty claims.
A 25% restocking fee may apply for customer ordering errors.

If the factory ships an incorrect product, McGuire Air Compressors will work with Champion® to correct the issue or issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
Call 336-229-9999 if you receive an incorrect order.

10. Damages in Shipping

All products ship from the factory in good working condition.
Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon delivery.
If shipping damage occurs, contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
Champion® and McGuire Air Compressors are not responsible for third-party shipping damage.

11. Return Policy

Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Acceptable Returns:

  • Equipment or parts not installed or used.

  • Parts incorrectly shipped by McGuire Air Compressors.

Unacceptable Returns:

  • Installed, run, or used equipment or parts.

  • Items incorrectly ordered by the customer.

12. Miscellaneous

Void Where Prohibited
Not all products or services are available in all regions.
McGuire Air Compressors reserves the right to limit availability by geography or jurisdiction.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of North Carolina courts and waive the right to a jury trial.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and McGuire Air Compressors, Inc. regarding use of this website.
